Dr. Grotsky has been with Human Growth & Training since 1976. He is currently specializing in high conflict divorce cases, working with Armed Service Veterans, relationship issues, and adults.  Dr. Grotsky utilizes cognitive behavior, reality, and supportive therapies.

Kimberly has been in the field for 16 years where she primarily works with teenagers and young adults.  Kimberly's primary treatment modalities are cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focused.  She is experienced with relationship issues, stress management, and women's issues.

Susan has been in practice for over 25 years where her specialties include anxiety, mood disorders, trauma and substance use in collaborative work with adolescents, adults, and couples. She primarily uses cognitive behavioral therapy and supportive counseling.

Heather has been in practice for 14 years in both residential and outpatient settings. She primarily works with individual adults where the focus includes mood disorders, anxiety, relationship issues, work/school issues, caregiver burden, and age related challenges.  She primarily uses cognitive behavioral therapy and supportive counseling.

Jessa has been in practice for 11 years and with experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with various mental health and intellectual/developmental challenges. She practices a strengths-based therapeutic approach that focuses on an individual’s abilities, talents and resources. Understanding that each person can be very different in the way they learn, she is very adaptable to each individual that comes through her office door!
